I always love a project I can get run free with. Photographer Sarah Eiseman tasked me with creating a giant heart-shaped throne for recording artist MAX’s Love in Stereo album cover and I dreamed up a giant wildly faceted crystal. I spent 9 focused days crafting it out of lumber, foam core and spray paint in a very generous friend’s garage.
